Instructions on how to change the labeling of a menu item.
1.) Sign into the Administrator Control Panel for your installation of Joomla
2.) Select the Menus -> Main Menu (or select another menu if appropriate.)
3.) Find the menu item that you wish to revise, and click on it.
4.) Revise the Menu Title.
5.) Clear out the Alias Field. This is important for SEO purposes.
6.) Save and Close the item.
