EMAILS

Adjusting how and who will receive emails. Email is sent to web site visitor and the web-site administrator.  Additional recipients may be added as well.

Sending to the site Administrator (typically the web site owner.)

1.) Click on Admin Emails

2.) Adjust the fields

Items in curly braces refer to fields in the form. Click the "Toggle Quick Add" to get the names of the form fields and their labels. Example: {email:value} will load the web visitor's email address into the From field of the email.

Complete any changes you want with the email. Use the "Preview" button to get an approximate representation of the email being sent.

3.) Click Save

Sending Email Confirmation to the Web Site Visitor

1.) Click User Emails

2.) Adjust Email Fields

Similar to the email sent to the Web Site Administrator, adjust the fields so the web visitor will get a nice email confirmation of their submission.

NOTE: In general, the "FROM", "FROM NAME", and "TO" fields should be populated from fields in the form using the curly bracket tags. Click the "Toggle Quick Add" to get a complete list of available field names.

3.) Click Save

2.) Submission Section

3.) Miscellaneous

This section controls whether the data is stored on the server, generic error messaging, and other settings.

DESIGN

Form Layout

1.) Click on Form Layout

2.) In general, the form should be set to "Responsive"

In general, the remaining settings found in this section shouldn't be adjusted unless you know what you are doing.
