In some situations, there are titles and paragraphs of instructions incorporated with the form. In this example, a form with a title and instruction at the top needs to be revised.
RSJoomla refers to these pieces of static information as "free text," which is not saved or used by the form processor.
Steps:
1.) Log into Joomla.
2.) Open the form manager by selecting Components > RSForm! Pro > Manage Forms
3.) Select the form that needs to be revised.
4.) The editor page will load and the "Form Fields" tab should be already selected.
5.) Within the form field list (at the right), the static information fields, named "title" and "text," are found at the top, in this example.
6.) Click the respective Edit button to revise each field.
7.) A popup window will appear. Make the changes and then click the Save button
8.) Complete the changes for all the 'free text' fields in the form.
9.) A then click Save at the top left.
10. ) Return to the public facing web page and refresh your browser (CTRL+F5 for PCs).
11.) The form is now revised. Done.
